We mainly offer ladies’ fashion including dresses, tops, Pret, trousers, and seasonal collections.
How can I place an order?
Choose your favorite product.
Select size and quantity.
Click on “Add to Cart”.
Fill in your shipping details at checkout.
Confirm your order with Cash on Delivery or available payment method.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes ✅ Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
What is the delivery time?
Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad: 2-4 working days
Other cities: 3-7 working days
How much are the delivery charges?
Standard Delivery: Rs. 150/-
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.
What if I don’t like the product? Can I return or exchange it?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange, returns are not accepted.
Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are only applicable if a wrong or faulty product is delivered. Otherwise, we follow an exchange-only policy.
